Dr. Dániel András Drexler

Dániel András Drexler received his electrical engineering degree in 2009 (5 years single level system), biomedical engineering degree in 2011 (3 year graduate school), and M.Sc. applied mathematics degree in 2014, at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BUTE). He acquired his Ph.D degree at BUTE in 2015. He is the researcher and lecturer of Obuda University since 2016, and the vice deputy head of the Physiological Controls Research Center of Obuda University since 2019. He received the „Starting Excellent Researcher” grant of Obuda University in 2022. He is the subproject leader of the Obuda University Cybermedical Competence Center (2019-1.3.1-KK-2019-00007) project entitled „Establishment of an Innovation Service Provider Base for Developing Diagnostic, Therapeutic and Research-based Cyber Medical Systems”, conducting research in tumor modeling and therapy generation. He is a leading researcher in the project entitled “Development and evaluation of innovative and digital health technologies” in the TKP2021-NKTA-36 funding scheme. He has more than 100 publications with more than 1000 citations. He is the member of the IEEE since 2016, the Membership Development Officer of IEEE Hungary Section since 2017, and the vice chair of IEEE Hungary Section since 2021.
